Designed for Long-Term Durability and Reliability

In terms of construction, the GSPE Smart Container utilizes:

  • Premium-grade mild steel (main structure)

  • High-grade galvanized sheet

  • 3 mm main frame thickness

  • Raised floor system


The pretreatment process uses a five-stage iron-phosphate system and has been tested for up to 480 hours of salt spray in accordance with ASTM B117, with powder coating finishing in RAL 7035 (Light Grey) compliant with ISO 12944-6.

For environmental protection:

  • IP41 (Indoor) and IP54 (Outdoor) in accordance with IEC 60529

  • IK10 impact resistance in accordance with IEC 62262

These standards ensure the container remains reliable under various operating conditions, including outdoor environments and project sites.


Integrated Cooling and Protection System

The Smart Container is equipped with:

  • Inrow PAC Air Circulation

  • Hot Aisle Containment

  • Fire Suppression System in accordance with DIN EN 13501-2

This combination enables better-controlled airflow distribution, improved energy efficiency, and protection against fire risks without disrupting IT equipment.
